We offer a Code Helpline for all issues relating to the Code for Sustainable Homes.
The Code helpline is suitable for Housing Associations, Developers, Architects, Contractors and others.

How does it work?
Once you have signed up for the service, you provide us with the name or names of staff in your company who are authorised to use the service. They can then call or email us with a question whenever they need to.
Please contact us to discuss how this would best work for your company. Typically we will assess how many staff would like to have access to the helpline, what level and type of support you may need and then explain in detail how the service works.
Many companies want the peace of mind to know that if they need help, they have a Code specialist on hand who will give accurate, impartial advice.
The Cost
A basic service (small company with occasional questions) will cost from £300 per year.
